World Bank, European Union, Senter/DGIS (NL), USAID, UNDP, FAO, DFID (UK), Global Environmental Fund, Abu Dhabi Fund,
and the private sector.
Proven management capacity to motivate and coordinate multi-cultural teams dealing with technically complicated
and administratively difficult subjects, and the efficient organization of logistics.
Extensive experience as a trainer in both academic and non-academic environments for topics including agri-insurance,
cooperative development, agri-business risk management, enterprise budgeting, SME development, project cycle management, participatory processes,
leadership, institutional development, cultural transformation, team building, business planning, values and ethics, fund raising, and
rural development.
Agri-business development. Experienced in the writing of business plans, company partnering, financial engineering,
market research (including rapid appraisal methodologies), strategic planning, contract grower management, post-harvest
management and processing, quality assurance, company start ups.
Monitoring & Evaluation of Projects, development and evaluation of logical frameworks, performance indicators, WBS and time bound work plans,
and the design of impact evaluation studies.
